With employers reportedly spending more than $3.5 billion yearly on workforce wellness and well-being initiatives, business leaders need visibility into the strategies most likely to produce returns on those investments.

New research from the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) confirms that high-performance organizations take a holistic approach to well-being, applying distinctive next practices linked to better business performance and greater levels of workforce wellness.

In this latest meeting of the New York CHO Group, you're invited to join a discussion with i4cp CEO Kevin Oakes and a panel of New York executives for insight into select key findings from this important study, including:

  • The well-being initiatives most correlated with high market performance
  • How high-performance organizations are increasing their focus on emotional/mental health
  • Aspects of organizational culture that support greater workforce well-being
